The Sales Operations Director leads the Commercial Operating System, ensuring disciplined sales execution and enhancing overall commercial performance through collaboration across multiple teams.

Prepare, assemble, review, and distribute project documentation and Operation & Maintenance manuals. Work with Engineering/CAD to document parts, identify BOM errors, conform to customer presentation requirements, and provide clerical support for documentation and quality control.

Manage end-to-end delivery of customized automation and control projects: scope review, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, risk/change management, customer relations, team oversight, safety compliance, and project forecasting to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality results.
