Design, operate, and scale physical and computational infrastructure across networks, servers, GPU clusters, storage, backups, and lab systems. Responsibilities include network services, hardware management, Linux troubleshooting, provisioning, monitoring, capacity reporting, recovery planning, vendor coordination, and internal tooling. The role supports engineering, machine learning, content, capture, and robot-testing teams while maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient infrastructure.

Own enterprise IT systems including Google Workspace, identity and access management, endpoint management, SaaS applications, hardware, licensing, and IT support. Establish joiner, mover, and leaver workflows; strengthen security baselines; conduct access reviews; prepare for ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and NIS2 requirements; support audits and questionnaires; document processes; and automate repetitive tasks with scripts and workflow tools.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering and operations, build hiring processes and employer brand, and support culture, onboarding, and people operations as the company scales.

On-site robotics hardware intern supporting assembly, bring-up, cabling, testing, and documentation of robot hardware. Maintain bench throughput and assist engineers with hands-on electronics and mechanical tasks to help build and validate robot systems.

On-site at Prague, lead daily production of GENESIS and Neural Gambit units. Coordinate builds to meet schedule and quality targets, maintain a safe compliant workspace, support setups, changeovers and troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

On-site robotics software intern to support ROS node development and integration, test software on hardware, and assist locomotion experiments and related testing.

Lead content strategy and social channels while building publicly toward product launch. Run the content calendar, shape the public narrative, and coordinate the content team with engineering in the Czech Republic.

Train and evaluate models on human-demonstration data, build training and evaluation pipelines, and deploy learned policies to physical humanoid robots.

Develop and evaluate imitation- and reinforcement-learning models from human-demonstration data, build scalable reproducible training and evaluation pipelines, collaborate with RAI, hardware, and data teams, and move research results into production on humanoid robots.

Build capture dashboards, live data-overlay tools, and end-to-end features for data capture. Develop the device-to-training-cluster data pipeline and internal tooling for labeling, search, and QA to manage human-demonstration data at scale.

Design, integrate, and validate electronics and mechanical systems for Neural Gambit and REVEL robots. Perform bench bring-up, debugging, validation, and hands-on assembly in Prague and Hradec Kralove engineering shops.

Provide hands-on support for the content team: assist on shoots and edits, organize and manage assets, and perform general production support for engineering-led projects on-site.

Perform detailed industrial-design CAD and surfacing for the Neural Gambit and humanoid robot (R1). Create design-for-manufacture geometry, iterate closely with the design lead, and deliver precise, production-ready mechanical details quickly.

Design schematics and perform PCB layout for HD-sEMG analog front-end and carrier boards, define power/sync and high-speed camera buses, specify components and coordinate with EU fabs for bring-up, support firmware and mechanical integration, and validate designs focusing on noise and signal quality.

Support the RAI team with data and training tasks: build datasets, run experiments, develop tooling and evaluation, and quickly learn the engineering stack.

Train and evaluate deep learning models on human-demonstration data, build scalable and reproducible training/evaluation pipelines, collaborate with RAI, hardware and data teams, and move research results into production on physical robots.

Design the mechanical platform for the NG sleeve and clip-on hub for all-day wear: mechanical design, material selection for flexible wearable hardware, hands-on prototyping, fit-testing and iterative refinement on real arms.

Own company finance and operations during seed close and scaling: manage budgeting, runway, and reporting; support fundraising and investor relations; and oversee vendor, legal, and office operations.
