Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications, perform initial screening interviews, support sourcing and ATS data management, assist onboarding and L&D logistics, track recruiting and training metrics, and maintain HR documentation and EEO compliance.

Lead and own accounting integrity, monthly close, financial reporting, internal controls, audit and tax support, lender compliance, budgeting/forecasting, FP&A analysis, and improvements to finance systems while partnering with leadership and external advisors.

Senior contributor on high-voltage substation design focused on protection & control and physical design. Lead QA/QC, redline and cross-check drawings, produce complex plans and specifications, mentor junior engineers, engage with clients, and perform occasional field visits (~10%). Serve as technical resource across projects and may act as Engineer of Record if eligible.
