Develop backend services supporting automated underwriting and credit risk assessments. Build Python and PostgreSQL services, integrate external APIs, process financial and public data, expose internal REST services, implement data-team research, maintain existing code, and write bulk-processing scripts. The role collaborates with developers, analysts, underwriters, and front-end teams while researching technologies and resolving production issues.

Create recurring reports, write SQL queries, analyze and transform datasets with Python and Pandas, automate reporting workflows, build dashboards, monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable analysis. The role also requires maintaining reporting documentation and improving data processes.

Prospect and source business leads, build and enrich outreach lists, run email and LinkedIn campaigns, qualify opportunities, make targeted calls, book meetings, maintain CRM records, and provide insights to improve partner onboarding, funding processes, and outreach strategies.

Leads a team’s daily operations, workflow, staffing, performance, and development. Monitors KPIs, productivity, quality, and service levels; prepares performance reports; implements process improvements; ensures policy adherence; coordinates with other departments; supports recruitment, onboarding, training, and workforce planning; and addresses operational issues and escalations.
