Conduct due diligence on businesses and owners by reviewing public records, federal court records, LexisNexis, proprietary databases, and online sources. Identify fraud, misrepresentations, inconsistencies, and other risk indicators; verify ownership and legal entity information; summarize findings for underwriters; and document results in Salesforce. The role requires in-person attendance in Tirana from Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to midnight.

Support HR and front office operations including employee records, recruitment support, HRIS data entry and reporting, benefits updates, reception duties, facilities upkeep, office supplies inventory, and coordination of onboarding, training, and company events.

Verify merchant banking history and contract documents, research ownership and signing authority using public and proprietary records, screen for fraud and sanctions, compile due-diligence findings for underwriters, and maintain accurate contract records.
