Manage multiple retail technology deployment projects from kickoff through go-live. Responsibilities include customer communication, budgeting, scheduling, vendor and equipment coordination, site surveys, installation planning, documentation, reporting, quotes, issue resolution, returns, and RMA processes. The role also maintains project tracking systems, meets PMO KPIs and SLAs, monitors vendor performance, and contributes process improvements.

Generate new business through high-volume, multi-channel prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn. Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, qualify prospects, schedule meetings for Account Directors, maintain accurate CRM records, and report on outreach results. The role develops foundational B2B sales skills, product knowledge, and messaging expertise, with a path toward enterprise outside sales.

Support EMEA commercial growth (focus Germany) by generating outbound pipeline, qualifying leads, supporting deals (proposals, CRM upkeep), driving renewals/expansions, coordinating partners, and assisting regional marketing and events. Remote role based in Germany with reporting to regional sales leadership.
