Senior individual contributor who defines multi-cloud infrastructure standards and reference architectures, authors reusable Terraform IaC, drives Kubernetes production patterns, leads CI/CD and observability practices, advises on security and cost optimization, mentors senior engineers, and shapes pre-sales technical solutioning across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

The Systems Administrator will support clients by managing data security, internal systems, and providing exceptional client support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, implementing remote access systems, and maintaining client documentation.

Design and implement Databricks-based Lakehouse pipelines (PySpark, Delta Lake, DLT), ensure data quality and governance (Unity Catalog), enable ML-ready datasets with MLflow, optimize performance, build CI/CD, and collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders.

Design, implement, and assess enterprise and cloud network architectures; install and configure firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless; perform capacity and performance planning; ensure security/compliance with industry frameworks; produce operational documentation; mentor team members and support tier 3 incident resolution. Travel ~25% as needed.

Lead large technology and digital transformation programs end-to-end: define roadmaps, manage scope/budget/risk, build client relationships, mentor teams, and support practice growth through proposals and internal contributions.

Lead design and delivery of change management strategies for data, technology, and process transformations. Assess readiness, drive sponsorship, communications, training, resistance management, and measurement. Collaborate with project teams and executives, develop OCM methodologies and collateral, and support business development and proposal efforts.
