Own Resultant's Databricks commercial vertical: build named-account lists, originate qualified pipeline, run complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and co-sell with Databricks and cloud partners. Manage accurate billing processes: set up projects/agreements, generate invoices, verify sales orders, handle tax exemption certificates, respond to customer billing inquiries, follow up on payments and apply cash, and collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines.

Design, implement, and assess enterprise and cloud network architectures; deploy and maintain firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless systems; perform network capacity, performance and security planning; collaborate with security teams for compliance; document standards and diagrams; mentor team members and deliver medium-to-large projects with up to ~25% travel.

Administer and secure the Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), manage Intune/Endpoint Manager for device lifecycle and compliance, implement governance, security, and compliance controls, collaborate with development teams on SharePoint solutions, and support platform operations for ~4,000 users.

The Systems Administrator will support clients by managing data security, internal systems, and providing exceptional client support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, implementing remote access systems, and maintaining client documentation.
