Lead Restless Development Sierra Leone as Hub Director: set strategic direction, secure funding and partnerships, ensure program quality and impact, oversee financial and people management, uphold governance and safeguarding, represent the Hub nationally and within the global network, and drive organisational sustainability and performance.

Support the Programme Quality Manager and teams with M&E, basic data cleaning, documentation, reporting, filing, and coordination of learning and research activities. Maintain trackers, compile routine updates, assist field visits, and produce simple summaries, success stories and meeting notes to strengthen programme quality and timely reporting.

Provide strategic technical leadership for youth employment and livelihoods programming, shape programme models and standards, support learning and MERL, lead donor and consortium technical engagement, contribute to business development, and line-manage programme staff to strengthen delivery and influence policy and practice.
