Leads global People operations, performance management, talent development, employee relations, wellbeing, HR policy, HRIS administration, reporting, and DEI initiatives. The role coaches managers across distributed teams, manages People staff, oversees Bamboo HR data and reporting, coordinates learning and development, and promotes consistent HR practices across international hubs.

Supports youth-centered communications through graphic design, photography, videography, video editing, digital storytelling, campaign content, event coverage, and social media production. Creates and organizes multimedia assets, follows branding and ethical storytelling standards, and supports content planning and campaign delivery. The role requires regular domestic travel and collaboration with communications staff in a nonprofit environment.

Supports HR administration, personnel records, leave and performance tracking, recruitment coordination, onboarding, training logistics, audits, staff welfare activities, front desk duties, and general office administration. The intern maintains confidential employee documentation, updates BambooHR records, assists with interviews and orientation, coordinates meetings and travel logistics, and provides clerical support to the People and Performance team.
