Provide cloud security support across AWS platforms, remediate vulnerabilities and misconfigurations, automate security controls, and strengthen secure CI/CD pipelines. Coordinate remediation with platform and workload teams, define preventative guardrails and secure patterns, support cloud security operations and incident response, and manage risk exemptions, approvals, compensating controls, and audit evidence.

Lead application security assessments across web applications, APIs, and cloud services. Embed threat modelling, secure-by-design, secure SDLC, and DevSecOps practices; manage vulnerabilities and security tooling; coordinate penetration testing; develop standards and guardrails; educate developers; support incident investigations; and report application security risks and remediation progress.

Designs and guides end-to-end architectures for digital and member service channels, including web, mobile, contact centre, content management and personalisation. Translates business needs into secure, scalable solution options; manages architectural risks and non-functional requirements; partners with engineering, cyber, data, operations and vendors; supports governance and implementation alignment; and contributes to architecture standards, patterns and technology strategy.

Designs end-to-end architectures for digital and member service channels, including web, mobile, contact centre, content management and personalisation. Translates business and member needs into secure, scalable solution designs; manages architectural risks, dependencies and trade-offs; and guides delivery across engineering, cyber security, risk, data, operations and vendors. The role also prepares governance materials, maintains architecture standards, and evaluates emerging digital, AI and personalisation technologies.

Leads strategy, roadmap, performance, and continuous improvement for employer servicing channels and the public website. Drives digital growth, onboarding, conversion, self-service adoption, CRM integration, channel optimisation, and customer experience improvements. Partners with marketing, technology, data, operations, risk, compliance, vendors, and external agencies while governing delivery, benefits, risks, and priorities. Builds digital leadership capability and supports measurable employer and member outcomes in a regulated financial services environment.

Provides commercial and corporate legal advice to business units, management, and the Board. Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating commercial, IT, and supplier agreements; advising on superannuation regulations; supporting strategic initiatives; contributing to policies, governance reporting, and Board submissions; managing stakeholder relationships; and delivering legal training.
