Lead operational risk and compliance activities across the Investments function at a major Australian superannuation fund. The role supports the Head of Operational Risk and Compliance, promotes risk culture, manages obligations, conducts risk assessments and controls assurance, oversees incidents and issues, supports compliance management, and collaborates with second-line risk and compliance teams. It also serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and provides leadership support when required.

Provide high-quality intra-fund superannuation and insurance advice to members via phone, webchat, video or face-to-face. Identify member needs, triage to senior advisers when required, prepare Statements of Advice, maintain records, comply with AFSL requirements and stay current with legislation, products and industry changes.

Supports organizational change across technology, business, people, and product initiatives. Responsibilities include assessing impacts, clarifying stakeholder roles, developing communication and engagement plans, supporting training, conducting readiness assessments, assisting transitions to business as usual, and providing change insights and reporting. The role partners with senior change managers, delivery teams, leaders, and stakeholders across agile, waterfall, and lean projects.

Provides remote Service Desk and onsite end-user technology support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, connectivity, hardware, software, meeting room and collaboration technology; managing incidents and requests; supporting onboarding, offboarding and device lifecycles; maintaining documentation; collaborating with technology teams and vendors; and recommending service improvements.

Lead change management for strategic transformation programs, developing change stories, stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, readiness activities, communications and training.
