Own the Investment division’s change agenda by translating strategy into prioritised business demand, business cases, operating model designs, and governance decisions. The role manages benefits definition and realization, business adoption, change readiness, and embedding new processes and ways of working. It partners with transformation, technology, delivery, and investment leadership teams to prioritize initiatives, track value, and support program and project governance.

Supports responsible investment across global and private-market portfolios by analyzing ESG data, conducting due diligence, monitoring climate metrics, developing RI tools and frameworks, and preparing disclosures, reports, questionnaires, and audit materials. The role integrates ESG factors into investment decisions, contributes to carbon footprinting and scenario analysis, and supports responsible investment strategy, policies, and external communications.

Supports Rest’s responsible investment approach by analyzing ESG data, conducting investment due diligence, monitoring climate and sustainability metrics, and contributing to ESG integration across portfolios, particularly private markets. The role also develops responsible investment frameworks, questionnaires, disclosures, reporting, and assurance materials while tracking industry standards and sustainability trends.
