Provides commercial and corporate legal advice to business units, management, and the Board. Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating commercial, IT, and supplier agreements; advising on superannuation regulations; supporting strategic initiatives; contributing to policies, governance reporting, and Board submissions; managing stakeholder relationships; and delivering legal training.

Lead operational risk and compliance activities across the Investments function at a major Australian superannuation fund. The role supports the Head of Operational Risk and Compliance, promotes risk culture, manages obligations, conducts risk assessments and controls assurance, oversees incidents and issues, supports compliance management, and collaborates with second-line risk and compliance teams. It also serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and provides leadership support when required.
