The role collaborates with Logistics, Finance, and other teams to resolve issues, improve billing processes, support compliance, and contribute to departmental projects and administrative activities.

Analyzes global supply chain data, inventory levels, forecasts, and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and support strategic decisions. Develops dashboards, reports, and statistical forecasts; maintains bills of material, parts data, and source-data integrity. Collaborates with procurement, logistics, production, and engineering teams, supports supply chain software implementation, monitors risks, and prepares management presentations.

Supervises warehouse distribution associates and oversees receiving, storage, inventory, kitting, shipping, and material movement. Develops work schedules, manages outbound shipments, allocates equipment, coordinates maintenance, ensures safety and OSHA compliance, monitors operational goals, maintains warehouse records, supports inventories and budgets, and coaches employees. The role requires strong leadership, organization, communication, warehouse operations knowledge, and the ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment.

Owns business development across the clinical solutions portfolio, generating leads, managing existing and target accounts, developing customized proposals, negotiating contracts, forecasting pipeline, and closing new business. The role builds strategic customer relationships, coordinates with legal and proposal teams, presents business reviews, captures competitive intelligence, and transfers customers to post-sale success teams. Regular travel to customer locations, trade shows, and industry conferences is required.
