Manage an international portfolio of clinical trial customers, serving as the primary contact throughout study lifecycles. Coordinate contracts, budgets, pricing, timelines, equipment delivery, reporting, and service issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prepare quotations and proposals, identify growth opportunities, resolve escalations, and support customer satisfaction and long-term commercial relationships.

Performs shipping, receiving, packaging, courier, archiving, inventory, and warehouse support activities. Verifies receipts, documents discrepancies, stages materials, maintains inventory accuracy, and loads or unloads products while preserving quality. Follows SOPs, DOT requirements, safety procedures, PPE requirements, and applicable regulations. Operates warehouse equipment and company vehicles, maintains driving records, and keeps warehouse and archive areas safe, clean, and organized.

Manages international clinical trial customer accounts from project initiation through delivery.
