Provides technical support to public health institutions in the Democratic Republic of Congo to strengthen disease surveillance, data governance, analytics, visualization, and evidence-based decision-making. Develops dashboards, epidemiological reports, predictive models, and automated reporting systems; analyzes 7-1-7 response timelines; mentors and trains surveillance teams; and facilitates data-sharing, stakeholder collaboration, and implementation of public health data-use strategies.

Provides executive and office coordination for the Chief Program Officer, including calendar management, travel, expenses, meetings, workshops, retreats, procurement, contracting, and administrative records. Coordinates logistics across teams, time zones, vendors, and shared services; tracks actions and approvals; supports inclusive, well-run gatherings; resolves issues proactively; and improves recurring administrative processes. The role is remote during US East Coast hours with occasional travel and flexibility for international events.

Manages the China office’s finance and operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, compliance, internal controls, audits, procurement, vendors, facilities, safety, security, and business continuity. Advises the Country Director, coordinates with global functional teams and external providers, ensures compliance with Chinese regulations and organizational policies, and improves operational processes. The role also oversees banking, payroll-related financial processes, risk management, travel, events, and office administration.
