Deliver prudential supervision of licensed insurers through qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, stakeholder engagement at executive/board level, mentoring analysts, supporting supervisory priorities, contributing policy advice, and leading related projects and Bank-wide initiatives.

Lead policy analysis and research to ensure banknotes and coins meet New Zealand's needs. Provide expert advice to senior leaders on policy, regulation, access to cash and financial inclusion. Mentor junior colleagues, contribute across the Money and Cash Directorate, drive thought leadership in cash production and circulation, and support strategic decision-making.

Lead enterprise-wide culture, capability, inclusion, learning and organisational development initiatives. Manage a small high-performing team to design and deliver OD, L&D, wellbeing, diversity, equity and Te Ao Māori programmes that support organisational strategy, engagement and performance. Provide strategic leadership, stakeholder influence and thought leadership to embed values, competencies and Te Tiriti o Waitangi in ways of working.
