Provide coordination and administrative support to the Talent team: manage inboxes, maintain HRIS records, arrange pre-employment checks, support high-volume events (assessment centres, career fairs), update Talent collateral, and contribute to continuous improvement of Talent processes.

Lead technical portfolio management and asset allocation for the Bank's foreign reserves and domestic liquidity operations. Conduct complex analysis, develop strategy and balance-sheet frameworks, improve processes and systems, coach junior staff, support monetary policy implementation and market operations, and engage internal and external stakeholders to strengthen operational resilience and decision-making.

Lead and manage research projects that inform monetary policy, provide technical leadership and mentorship, strengthen academic and central bank partnerships, conduct advanced quantitative analysis, and ensure research is impactful, integrated with policy, and visible internally and externally.
