Teams at Reserv

Manage multiple teams of claims leaders and adjusters handling general liability claims. Oversee complex losses, coverage evaluation, investigations, settlements, litigation, compliance, quality audits, performance management, training, and client relationships. Analyze claims data to improve processes and outcomes, prepare client reports, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on escalated issues.

Owns claims volume forecasting and workforce capacity planning across the organization. Maintains and improves Excel-based forecasting models, consolidates operational data, performs scenario analysis, identifies discrepancies and capacity risks, and communicates recommendations to leadership. Partners with finance, sales, operations, and account management on staffing, budgeting, and sales-cycle planning. Also documents processes, trains users, troubleshoots spreadsheets, and applies AI and automation where possible.

Leads strategy, development, and lifecycle management for data-centric insurance products. Responsibilities include gathering customer insights, defining product roadmaps, prioritizing requirements, managing Agile backlogs, partnering with engineering and data science, launching features, developing pricing and positioning, and optimizing product performance to improve operational efficiency and customer value.
