Serve as liaison for H2B employees—coordinate housing, transportation, banking, healthcare, and acclimation to the U.S.; assist with Social Security, property issues, administrative tasks, and occasional employee transport. Provide Spanish translation and customer service support.

Lead transportation safety and compliance for fleet operations, ensuring DOT/FMCSA/OSHA adherence. Manage audits, documentation, driver qualification, training, incident investigations, metrics, and cross-functional alignment. Implement processes, leverage TMS/telematics/ELD, support tax and regulatory filings, and develop staff with managerial responsibility for team performance and succession planning.

The Marketing Analytics Manager will create analytical tools and reports to inform and execute marketing strategies for growth across Reser's brand portfolio, collaborating with various teams and utilizing market insights to drive decision-making.

Lead enterprise learning and development strategy and team for professional, leadership, technical, and production skills training. Partner with Operations, HR, and functional leaders to assess needs, design and deliver practical learning solutions, manage LMS and metrics, oversee vendors and budgets, and develop staff capability and succession. Ensure training supports operational performance, compliance, and employee development.
