Lead and develop HR and payroll staff at a production facility. Manage recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee relations, leaves, worker's compensation, payroll timekeeping, safety and training programs, ensure employment law compliance, and advise leadership on HR policies and escalations.

Receives and inventories incoming production materials, verifies shipment contents, maintains carrier paperwork and warehouse office records, prepares outbound DRP documents, pull slips, and carton labels, and communicates inventory discrepancies. Provides backup sample-pulling support for Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Research and Development. The role operates in office and cold, wet warehouse environments and may require overtime or evening and weekend scheduling.
