Teams at Reser's Fine Foods

Transports pallets, packaging materials, and empty pallets between production, warehouse, and distribution areas. Wraps loaded pallets, inspects electric jacks, reports equipment issues, maintains a clean work area, and follows safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. The role is performed in a refrigerated food manufacturing plant and requires repetitive lifting, reliable attendance, and flexibility for overtime, evening, or weekend schedules.

Reconciles manufacturing and warehouse inventory in ERP M3, investigates discrepancies, analyzes production variances, and corrects transaction errors. Partners with Production, Inventory, Distribution Center Warehouse, and Receiving teams to align physical inventory with system records. Supports daily and month-end inventory close, maintains audit documentation, monitors variance trends, identifies process or system gaps, and recommends corrective actions. The role requires Excel proficiency, analytical skills, and experience in food manufacturing or warehouse inventory management.

Coordinates HR and payroll activities, including benefits administration, payroll audits, onboarding, orientations, employee relations, recruiting support, claims, I-9 compliance, and employee records. Provides guidance on benefits, compensation, and leave programs while supporting HR leadership. The role operates across office, production, and warehouse environments and may require overtime or nonstandard scheduling.
