Teams at Reser's Fine Foods

Serve as liaison for H2B employees—coordinate housing, transportation, banking, healthcare, and acclimation to the U.S.; assist with Social Security, property issues, administrative tasks, and occasional employee transport. Provide Spanish translation and customer service support.

Administer and oversee plant health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure OSHA and EPA compliance. Lead incident investigations, track corrective actions and KPIs, provide training (including LMS administration), perform audits, partner with site and corporate leadership, and support property risk and loss-control activities.

Designs, builds, troubleshoots, and maintains PLC control and drive systems (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley), develops control cabinets, implements SCADA/diagnostics, ensures backups and safety compliance, and trains maintenance staff in a refrigerated food manufacturing plant.
