Supervise and schedule caregiver staff to ensure client service delivery; maintain staff files and compliance; review and adjust client Plans of Care; process timekeeping and payroll data across systems; evaluate staff performance and handle disciplinary actions; communicate client condition changes to leadership, clinical staff and families; assume on-call responsibilities.

Provide nursing assessments, document observations and care, evaluate outcomes, and implement individualized nursing plans for clients, often working with people with developmental disabilities.

Temporary full-time role assisting the IT department with managing Excel files, performing mail merges, handling large datasets across multiple screens, and supporting data-related tasks. Requires organization and multitasking; position runs until mid-January or possibly longer.
