Coordinate projects from contract signing through closure, maintaining timelines, scope, risks, changes, and documentation. Serve as the primary contact among clients, account management, Product Operations, and internal teams. Manage dependencies, translate requirements, report progress, resolve bottlenecks and escalations, track project metrics, and implement data-driven workflow improvements.

Lead SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy for a B2B Digital Risk Protection category. Build visibility across search engines, AI-generated answers, and review platforms; optimize semantic structure, technical SEO, content, and reputation signals; and connect search performance to leads, revenue, deals, and trust. Develop analytics, test hypotheses, conduct R&D on emerging AI search mechanics, and collaborate with PR, SERM, content, product, and analytics teams.

Design end-to-end user experiences and responsive interfaces, build and maintain a design system, perform UX audits, create landing and multi-page sites in Tilda (including Zero Block), collaborate with marketing and developers, participate in user research, and produce prototypes, wireframes, and visual designs that meet business goals.
