Close and audit maintenance visit packages and log cards in the tracking system, index and publish documents, prepare monthly flight hours/cycles reports, and support the records department as the central repository for airworthiness documentation.

Candidates must be finance or accounting students with strong Excel, analytical, communication, and presentation skills, a minimum 3.0 GPA, and availability to work onsite in Indianapolis.
