Maintain and verify aircraft maintenance and inspection records to ensure compliance with 14 CFR 121.380 and the Maintenance Time Limits Manual. Close and audit maintenance visit packages and log cards in the tracking system, index and publish documents, prepare monthly flight hours/cycles reports, and support the records department as the central repository for airworthiness documentation.

Owns enterprise SQL Server administration, including deployment, performance tuning, backup and recovery, HA/DR, security, patching, automation, and on-call support. Leads modernization across Azure SQL, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric; standardizes alerting, disaster recovery, governance, infrastructure-as-code, and database CI/CD. Partners with data engineering, BI, application, infrastructure, and governance teams while mentoring technical staff and making architecture, performance, and incident decisions.

Coordinate pilot training schedules and resources from indoctrination through IOE. Book simulators and flight training devices, liaise with instructors and training managers, monitor TSA requirements for foreign nationals, maintain records using Office tools, SharePoint and Power BI, and communicate critical tasks to stakeholders.
