Participates in assigned long-term projects, performs entry-level professional work, prepares reports and presentations, uses standard office software, conducts research, solves problems, and presents findings to senior staff. The intern receives on-the-job training, collaborates across departments, and supports business and operational activities.

Supports the FP&A team by analyzing and forecasting monthly spending, assisting with budgeting, collaborating across Finance and Accounting, presenting project results, and implementing cost-saving processes. The intern participates in departmental meetings and professional development activities while developing analytical, communication, and financial planning skills.

Supports business process harmonization and improvements in customer service, efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness. Applies data-driven analysis, develops hypotheses and analytic plans, interprets results, creates business insights, and recommends action plans. Collaborates with employees, stakeholders, leadership, and clients while executing projects and providing regular updates. The internship requires up to 40 hours per week and may transition from remote to on-site work in Indianapolis.
