Two-to-three-year rotational leadership development program for early-career associates with three cross-functional rotations (e.g., Finance, IT, HR, Supply Chain). Includes mentorship, leadership training, networking, conference attendance, and development of business acumen, data-analysis, presentation, and problem-solving skills to prepare participants for senior and people leadership roles.

Ensure fleet compliance with Airworthiness Directives by investigating non-compliance, maintaining AD master lists, coordinating Engineering Orders and inspection checklists, performing risk assessments for AD-related modifications, managing part restrictions in RAMCO, monitoring FAA regulatory updates, and supporting corrective actions through the SMS process.

Maintain and verify aircraft maintenance and inspection records to ensure compliance with 14 CFR 121.380 and the Maintenance Time Limits Manual. Close and audit maintenance visit packages and log cards in the tracking system, index and publish documents, prepare monthly flight hours/cycles reports, and support the records department as the central repository for airworthiness documentation.
