Serve as primary technical liaison and integrator across project phases for utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS projects. Manage engineering deliverables, technical reviews, RFPs and vendor evaluations, support procurement, coordinate interdepartmental inputs (GIS, survey, permitting, interconnection), and assist construction, commissioning, and closeout activities to ensure designs meet company standards and execution readiness.

Support development of utility-scale solar, wind, and storage projects across the western U.S. by tracking schedules and costs, creating development materials, aiding permitting and outreach, managing internal tracking tools, assisting land agreement and permit preparation, supporting due diligence and coordinating through EPC and financing phases.

Lead development of utility-scale wind, solar, and storage projects in the Western U.S., handling site screening, land rights negotiation, permitting, interconnection, stakeholder engagement, budgets, schedules, and transition to construction. Manage multiple projects, coordinate with engineering, energy assessment, origination, and finance teams, and represent the company in local communities.

Review and maintain division order records, create and reconcile division of interest and revenue/pay decks, analyze complex interest calculations, manage suspense files and conveyances, coordinate with partners and landowners, support unclaimed property audits, process monthly RDS cutoffs, and assist cross-departmental research and reporting.

Hybrid role based in Houston with occasional travel.

Establish and administer document control frameworks for Development and E&C projects, manage registers, transmittals, version control, workflows, and repositories. Coordinate reviews and approvals, support audits and project closeout, provide training, and implement continuous improvements to ensure accurate, compliant, and auditable project documentation across stakeholders.

The Development Manager will oversee renewable energy project development, managing land rights, permits, and stakeholder relations to advance projects to construction readiness.

Provide senior legal support for renewables M&A, joint ventures, tax equity financing, corporate governance, entity formation, shareholder transitions, and cross-functional transactions. Draft, negotiate, and manage transactional and governance documents while advising on corporate structure, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Support renewable portfolio growth by providing market intelligence, commercial analysis, pricing and deal valuation, and origination support. Monitor organized power markets, evaluate project economics and market fundamentals, support transactions (PPAs, VPPAs, RECs, capacity), prepare executive materials, and collaborate with development, finance, legal, and commercial teams to recommend go-to-market strategies and pricing.

Support renewable energy projects by maintaining geospatial datasets, creating maps/dashboards, performing basic GIS analyses, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with development, engineering, and permitting teams to improve GIS workflows and deliver clear spatial insights.

Lead execution of utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects from late-stage development through construction, commissioning, COD, and handover. Responsible for safety leadership, EPC contractor performance, schedule and cost control, risk mitigation, contract administration, commercial decisions, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting.

Lead accounting for marketing transactions of oil, natural gas, and NGLs including confirmations, reconciliations, settlements, and reporting. Review commercial contracts, manage payments and receivables, support month-end close, provide analyses to Planning and Financial Reporting, mentor staff, drive process improvements and support audits and strategic initiatives.

Lead development of utility-scale BESS, wind, and solar projects from site identification to construction readiness. Responsibilities include land rights negotiation, permitting, community engagement, interconnection coordination, project budgeting and scheduling, transition to construction, and supporting financial modeling and financing documentation. Travel (~50%) and collaboration with engineering, origination, and finance teams required.

Provide legal and strategic U.S. tax advice across federal, state, and international matters; support M&A, restructurings, financing, transfer pricing, tax compliance, controversy and audits; draft and negotiate tax provisions; coordinate external advisors; translate tax law into business guidance and partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and business teams.

The Director of Procurement - EPC leads the procurement strategy and oversees a team to manage procurement for renewable energy projects, ensuring cost-effective, bankable, and compliant contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare and file multi-state indirect tax returns (sales/use, property, motor fuel, excise); reconcile related GL accounts; respond to audits and notices; maintain exemption certificates; collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors; research tax issues and implement compliance improvements.

Lead and continuously improve the NERC compliance program for a renewable generation fleet. Oversee compliance policies, audits, controls, technical coordination with engineering/operations, vendor management, reporting, training, and implementation of analytics and AI-enabled monitoring.
