Leads operational excellence for a renewable energy Engineering and Construction organization. Develops project delivery processes, governance tools, workflows, reporting standards, and continuous improvement programs. Supports QA/QC strategies for owner-supplied equipment, including factory audits, inspections, FAT activities, vendor qualification, and NCR/CAR closure. Serves as the liaison between U.S. E&C teams and Repsol’s global Technical Optimization Team, coordinating technical standards, lessons learned, design reviews, and execution improvements.

Serve as a strategic HR partner for Alaska, Mexico, and U.S. corporate business units. Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, succession, performance, culture, employee relations, compliance, and capability development. Lead cross-regional and global HR projects, governance initiatives, organizational programs, and process harmonization. Coordinate executive communications, workforce analytics, stakeholder alignment, and HR program implementation across international locations.

Perform and oversee monthly and annual close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, IFRS and US GAAP reporting, statutory financial statements, audit support, accounts payable oversight, intercompany transactions, internal controls, and technical accounting research. Collaborate with external service providers, partners, asset management, and planning teams on reporting and forecasting.

Leads the project risk management framework across a renewable energy development and construction portfolio. Establishes governance, facilitates risk assessments, maintains risk registers, validates mitigation plans, conducts site risk oversight, and performs Monte Carlo cost and schedule analyses. Partners with engineering, construction, procurement, legal, HSE, project controls, and EPC contractors to improve risk visibility, contingency planning, and project outcomes.

Lead procurement for O&M, indirect/corporate services, and development procurement. Manage and coach a procurement team, develop sourcing strategies, run tenders and negotiations, ensure compliant execution in Ariba/SAP, manage supplier onboarding and performance, maintain procurement metrics and risk assessments, and support post-award contract administration.

Provide senior legal support for renewables M&A, joint ventures, tax equity financing, corporate governance, entity formation, shareholder transitions, and cross-functional transactions. Draft, negotiate, and manage transactional and governance documents while advising on corporate structure, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Advises the Wholesale Gas and LNG trading business on contractual structures, negotiations, risk allocation, compliance, and transaction execution. Drafts and negotiates gas, LNG, EFET, ISDA, services, and related agreements; coordinates with commercial, credit, tax, compliance, legal, and operations teams; supports counterparty onboarding; maintains contract records; and improves templates, policies, controls, and contract management processes.

The Director of Procurement - EPC leads the procurement strategy and oversees a team to manage procurement for renewable energy projects, ensuring cost-effective, bankable, and compliant contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

Supports Facilities and Process Engineering teams with surface facility design, process simulations, equipment sizing, project execution, cost estimation, data analysis, and field development planning for upstream oil and gas assets. The intern assists with PFDs, P&IDs, project documentation, facility optimization, field verification, and cross-functional collaboration while gaining hands-on experience in active energy operations.

Supports the Planning and Performance Management Team with financial reporting, analysis, PowerPoint presentations, financial modeling, benchmarking, budgeting, forecasting, and Power BI report development. The intern works on a supervised summer project, collaborates with colleagues, analyzes data, and presents project results. The role is onsite in The Woodlands, Texas, for 12 continuous weeks.
