Paid internship for quantitative students working with AI Research, Strategic Finance, or the Office of the CEO. Interns will tackle AI-native software creation problems, prototype mathematically rigorous solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, and ship tools or infrastructure impacting millions of developers.

Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, FAQs, courses, videos, walkthroughs, and other learning experiences for Replit users and internal teams. Own content planning, lifecycle management, findability, voice, and performance measurement. Establish secure design patterns, SDKs, risk-register contributions, and compliance documentation for agentic systems. Partner with engineering, infrastructure, AppSec, GRC, executives, and sales to address AI security risks involving prompt injection, tool misuse, data poisoning, context contamination, and autonomous code execution.

Manage legal requests, contract lifecycle processes, templates, approvals, renewals, outside counsel relationships, budgets, vendors, and legal team workflows. Support corporate transactions, filings, policies, training, privacy requests, data maps, impact assessments, and compliance reporting. The role serves as the central intake point for legal matters, improves systems and processes, maintains records, and coordinates cross-functional implementation of legal technology and safeguards.

Manage a mid-market SaaS customer portfolio, owning renewals, retention, expansion, onboarding, adoption, forecasting, and customer health. Serve as the primary relationship owner, provide strategic guidance and training, communicate technical value to diverse audiences, gather customer feedback, and identify growth opportunities using product usage data. The role requires strong communication, consultative selling, CRM proficiency, and familiarity with AI-powered software development workflows.

Own and scale Replit’s support systems, including Zendesk administration, workflows, routing, automations, permissions, integrations, self-service surfaces, and AI-assisted support tooling. Partner with Engineering on technical requirements, develop scripts and bulk actions to remove bottlenecks, evaluate vendors, and lead platform migrations. Support internal agents, outsourced teams, and regional workflows while adapting systems to rapid product changes.

The role establishes design practices, prioritizes initiatives, elevates design quality, shapes customer journeys, partners with Product and Engineering, supports complex technical product decisions, and recruits design talent. This player-coach position requires strong product judgment, design taste, technical fluency, communication skills, and experience leading design teams in high-growth technology companies.

Build and deploy production applications and AI-powered workflows with enterprise customers. Architect secure integrations connecting Replit to customer systems, data, APIs, identity providers, and infrastructure. Own complex technical deployments, debug issues, translate customer needs into solutions, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams. Convert field insights into templates, playbooks, product requirements, and platform improvements.

Lead SRE efforts to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of a large-scale platform. Architect observability, define SLOs/SLIs, lead incident response and post-mortems, automate infrastructure and CI/CD, optimize Kubernetes/GCP deployments, debug distributed systems, mentor engineers, and write production-quality Python or Go code.

Lead the architecture and implementation of monetization systems, create seamless payment experiences, and build APIs for product monetization.

The role involves designing enterprise infrastructure, implementing authorization services and data protection features, and collaborating with various teams to meet customer requirements.
