Teams at Replit

The role involves managing cloud and infrastructure vulnerability management, securing environments, incident response, and compliance tracking. You will also collaborate with various teams to optimize security posture and automate scanning processes.

Design, build, and operate AI-powered internal platforms across Replit departments. Translate ambiguous business needs into end-to-end software and multi-stage LLM pipelines, select and optimize models, integrate third-party systems, ensure production reliability, and partner with stakeholders to measure and iterate on operational outcomes.

The Japan Growth Lead will establish and scale Replit's commercial presence in Japan through enterprise and government partnerships, channel sales, and market strategy. Responsibilities include building relationships, activating resellers, and representing Replit at industry events, with a focus on community engagement and product-led growth.
