Lead and grow the Cloud Infrastructure engineering team responsible for IaC, networking, storage, compute, Kubernetes, service mesh, and workload identity. Own the platform roadmap, reliability, SLOs, incident response, upgrades, and self-service infrastructure interfaces. Coach engineers, hire and manage performance, review technical designs, debug production issues, and balance reliability, security, developer autonomy, and engineering efficiency.

Provides technical customer support for Replit users by resolving product issues, debugging bugs, offering technical guidance, triaging tickets, maintaining the knowledge base, communicating outages, and reporting issues to Engineering. The role also contributes to internal support tools and automation while meeting ticket volume and resolution targets. It is a full-time NYC weekend-shift position with in-office work on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Provide technical customer support through tickets, troubleshoot product issues and bugs, offer developer guidance, maintain the knowledge base, communicate outages, and escalate bugs to Engineering. The role requires efficient ticket triage, productivity tracking, strong communication, autonomous problem-solving, and collaboration with global support teams. It follows a Saturday-Wednesday schedule with in-office work on Mondays and Wednesdays in Foster City, California.
