The Staff Software Engineer will manage financial partnerships by overseeing integrations and ensuring they operate efficiently, from design to execution, while collaborating across multiple departments.

Lead marketing operations as the operational backbone: own budget planning and tracking, hiring operations, cross-team coordination, executive presentations, and oversight of the marketing tech stack and vendor onboarding. Establish processes, meeting cadences, and visibility into spend, headcount, and tools to align marketing leadership and support strategic decision-making.

Build the analytical foundation for Trust & Safety: measure abuse, build datasets and dbt models, develop risk and anomaly-detection models, design offline evaluations and experiments, define thresholds and decision frameworks, detect coordinated abuse, embed predictive risk signals into workflows, monitor model drift, and communicate findings to cross-functional partners.
