Teams at Replit

Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, FAQs, courses, videos, walkthroughs, and other learning experiences for Replit users and internal teams. Own content planning, lifecycle management, findability, voice, and performance measurement. Collaborate with technical education, product, and documentation partners to launch accurate content, improve self-service outcomes, increase activation, reduce support tickets, and raise CSAT.

Design and lead Replit’s AI agent security architecture, including runtime guardrails, semantic firewalls, sandboxing, threat modeling, red teaming, identity delegation, data isolation, observability, and auditability. Establish secure design patterns, SDKs, risk-register contributions, and compliance documentation for agentic systems. Partner with engineering, infrastructure, AppSec, GRC, executives, and sales to address AI security risks involving prompt injection, tool misuse, data poisoning, context contamination, and autonomous code execution.

Manage legal requests, contract lifecycle processes, templates, approvals, renewals, outside counsel relationships, budgets, vendors, and legal team workflows. Support corporate transactions, filings, policies, training, privacy requests, data maps, impact assessments, and compliance reporting. The role serves as the central intake point for legal matters, improves systems and processes, maintains records, and coordinates cross-functional implementation of legal technology and safeguards.
