Partners with leadership to advise managers, improve HR processes, maintain employment policies, and scale people infrastructure across U.S. and Swiss operations.

Senior Accountant responsible for month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, cash reconciliation, accruals, fixed asset and lease schedules, accounts payable, audits, tax reporting, internal controls, and process improvements. The role requires collaboration with vendors, FP&A, outsourced AP, and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate records under U.S. GAAP. The position is based in Watertown with a minimum of three office days per week.
