Process full-cycle U.S. multi-state and Canadian semi-monthly payroll for approximately 1,100 employees. Manage time-tracking corrections, garnishments, payroll data, tax registrations, employee inquiries, payroll analysis, journal entries, manual payments, audits, and annual W-2 activities. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance, recordkeeping, and timely resolution of issues.

Develop new business through outbound prospecting, recommend payment solutions, negotiate and close sales, identify upsell opportunities, achieve monthly targets, collaborate with Marketing, and maintain knowledge of payment products and pricing. The role includes customer interaction, CRM usage, ongoing training, industry conferences, and travel of up to 30%.

Owns the Business Payments product experience and roadmap, including ERP and embedded integrations. Translates customer, partner, and stakeholder needs into product decisions, requirements, user stories, and backlog priorities. Coordinates with Engineering, QA, Sales, Operations, and Technology to deliver capabilities, improve usability and adoption, manage integration communications, and support go-to-market efforts. The role also applies AI tools to product workflows and monitors user-facing metrics to identify friction and prioritize improvements.

Manages an assigned portfolio of software partners, serving as a trusted advisor while driving relationship health, revenue retention, renewals, upsells, and expansion. Responsibilities include executive relationship management, business reviews, partner enablement, training, platform adoption, commercial negotiations, integration issue coordination, CRM maintenance, forecasting, and KPI reporting. The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, and sales teams to increase partner satisfaction, payment volume, and product adoption.

Leads application and cloud security architecture, threat modeling, secure design reviews, security standards, and developer enablement. Owns SAST, DAST, SCA, WAF, CSPM, container, and Infrastructure as Code security controls. Builds security automation and custom tooling, supports AI security initiatives, and partners with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve application resilience, compliance, and risk remediation.

Build and maintain large client-side web applications using JavaScript, ES6, and TypeScript.
