Supports engineering drawing creation and revision control, shop-floor work order release, CNC programming and process optimization, tooling and fixture improvements, technical documentation, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with engineering, production, quality teams, and machinists to improve cycle time, tool life, part quality, cost, and manufacturing repeatability for precision-fabricated components.

Develop and grow a sales territory by managing distributor, OEM, contractor, and end-user relationships. Qualify inbound opportunities, conduct discovery conversations, configure products, prepare and follow up on quotes, identify cross-sell opportunities, advocate for customers internally, and maintain accurate CRM records. The role requires strong judgment, communication, organization, learning agility, and comfort building relationships by phone.

Develops new OEM and enterprise business for industrial temperature and pressure instrumentation. Combines technical sales, field application engineering, consultative customer support, product demonstrations, and custom configuration guidance. Prospects and cold-calls industrial facilities, engineering firms, steel mills, and data centers; supports distributors and outside sales teams; serves as the factory-client technical liaison; and identifies wireless monitoring cross-selling opportunities. Requires extensive regional and national travel.
