Lead and manage a door-to-door canvassing team to generate leads and local awareness. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate representatives, attend management meetings, track/report ROI metrics, and represent the company in face-to-face community marketing efforts to meet business objectives.

Coordinate bath renovation projects from sale to installation: schedule measurements and installs, order materials, liaise with customers/vendors/internal teams, maintain records and project costs, assist reporting and issue resolution, and provide backup support for the Production Manager.

Lead and execute recurring employment compliance and regulatory reporting (EEO-1, ACA, etc.), maintain compliance calendars and records, audit employee status for benefits eligibility, update policies and handbooks, respond to audits and agency inquiries, partner cross-functionally, and identify process improvements to ensure defensible HR compliance.

Install replacement windows and perform finish carpentry per company standards. Communicate with management and homeowners to ensure satisfaction, complete carpentry checklists, authorize final payments, and apply necessary finish work on residential remodeling jobs.

Provide administrative and logistical support to Install Managers across the project lifecycle: schedule installations, coordinate materials and labor, maintain job documentation, process contracts/orders, communicate with customers, vendors, and installers, and ensure projects stay on schedule while delivering excellent customer service.

Manage daily performance of installation and production crews and subcontractors, ensure quality control from ordering through installation, handle hiring/terminations, resolve customer complaints, and improve operational efficiency while maintaining clear communication with crews and customers.

The VP of Performance Marketing will oversee omnichannel growth strategies, optimize marketing budgets, manage a high-performance team, and report on metrics to drive profitable growth.

Promote Renuity's home improvement products through direct field marketing, deliver face-to-face sales presentations, engage prospective and existing clients, participate in regular training, work specified shifts (including evenings and weekends), and pass a criminal background check. Lead corporate accounting for a multi-entity, PE-backed company: own monthly/quarterly/annual close and consolidation, set technical GAAP policy, manage external audit, support ERP (Acumatica) and GL improvements, build and mentor the Corporate Accounting team, and partner with FP&A and Shared Services on reporting, controls, and special projects.
