Partners with Accounting and business leaders to monitor spending, headcount, working capital, capital expenditures, and financial performance. Supports reporting automation, ERP and planning system initiatives, annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and ad hoc analysis for senior management.

Designs and delivers sales training and onboarding for in-home sales teams, develops learning content and playbooks, conducts field coaching and ride-alongs, analyzes sales performance to identify skill gaps, hires and evaluates new sales hires, partners with leadership to improve close rates and revenue, and travels regularly to regional markets.

Install residential remodeling products, including cabinet refacing and bath products, according to company standards. Complete trim and finish work, communicate with management and homeowners, verify customer satisfaction, authorize final payments, and complete installation checklists. Contractors must maintain respectful customer interactions and operate through an established LLC or EIN with required insurance and a suitable vehicle for transporting materials or pulling a trailer.
