Lead and oversee Central division operational departments (measuring, purchasing, fleet, administration, scheduling). Drive process improvements, staffing, budgeting, training, performance metrics, and cross-department collaboration to meet backlog, conversion, and efficiency goals.

Perform in-store retail marketing and face-to-face sales presentations to promote home improvement products, engage prospective and existing customers, attend local events, participate in ongoing training, meet sales and performance goals, and travel locally as needed. Weekend availability required; role offers commission and career advancement into sales or management.
