Own end-to-end B2B SaaS client implementations from kickoff through go-live and handoff. Build project plans, scope work, write SOWs and change orders, manage risks and dependencies, lead client communication, and ensure timely launches. Collaborate on data migration, validation, financial cut-over, and go-live readiness. Maintain accurate status reporting, enforce scope and commitments, and improve implementation processes and standards.

Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations including entering and processing vendor invoices/payments in Ramp, reconciling AP aging, syncing corporate card charges and reimbursements to NetSuite, supporting month-end close, prepaid and fixed asset tracking, assisting with 1099 processing, maintaining AP controls and documentation, and identifying process improvements.

Lead month-end close, prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, maintain ASC 606 revenue schedules, coordinate sales tax compliance, support audits, strengthen controls and documentation, and improve accounting processes across the company.

Provide inbound SaaS technical support via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot software, accounting, and workflow issues; own tickets end-to-end; escalate complex cases to Tier 2/Engineering; maintain product expertise; contribute to knowledge base and cross-functional process improvements; meet SLAs and CSAT targets.
