Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities, convert manual Excel reports to automated BI solutions, ensure data integrity, document data models and workflows, troubleshoot Datamart-to-report inconsistencies, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver and enable BI solutions.

Own the accounting product roadmap (trust accounting, reconciliation, month-end close, AP/AR, owner disbursements). Own customer onboarding and support for Rentvine's application and screening platform: configure application templates, manage credentialing and ACH/banking setup, present screening options, train users, activate accounts, maintain records in Monday.com and HubSpot, monitor support Slack channel, and coordinate cross-functional updates.

Create scalable, user-friendly training across eLearning, video, webinars, onsite materials, and documentation. Work in-product to map workflows, partner with customer-facing teams, use AI and multimedia tools to produce and maintain consistent learning content housed in LMS or knowledge bases.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely vendor payments, accurate records, support month-end procedures, and improve workflows.

The Senior Accountant will handle month-end close processes, revenue accounting, and overall financial reporting while ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation.
