Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, use AI tools for outreach and research, manage pipeline in CRM, collaborate with internal teams, travel in-territory 3–5 days/month, and meet revenue targets and KPIs.

Lead the design, operation, and optimization of multi-cloud AWS and GCP infrastructure using Terraform. Manage CI/CD pipelines, blue-green deployments, database upgrades, monitoring, logging, IAM, networking, security controls, SIEM tools, and production support. Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and security teams to improve reliability, scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and engineering velocity. Participate in incident response, on-call rotations, penetration-test remediation, and technical documentation.

Own end-to-end B2B SaaS client implementations from kickoff through go-live and handoff. Build project plans, scope work, write SOWs and change orders, manage risks and dependencies, lead client communication, and ensure timely launches. Collaborate on data migration, validation, financial cut-over, and go-live readiness. Maintain accurate status reporting, enforce scope and commitments, and improve implementation processes and standards.

Lead month-end close, prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, maintain ASC 606 revenue schedules, coordinate sales tax compliance, support audits, strengthen controls and documentation, and improve accounting processes across the company.
