As an Account Success Specialist, you'll provide in-person training for customers on a SaaS platform, ensuring they feel confident using the product through tailored sessions and real-world scenarios.

Provide first-contact technical support for Rentvine's property management SaaS via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot software, accounting, and workflow issues, create and manage HubSpot tickets, escalate complex problems to Tier 2/Engineering, maintain product knowledge, contribute to documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and meet SLA/KPI targets.
