Sell PMW's websites and full-stack digital marketing (SEO, PPC, branding, AI Optimization) to property management companies across a US West territory. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, use AI tools for outreach and research, manage pipeline in CRM, collaborate with internal teams, travel in-territory 3–5 days/month, and meet revenue targets and KPIs.

Lead the design, operation, and optimization of multi-cloud AWS and GCP infrastructure using Terraform. Manage CI/CD pipelines, blue-green deployments, database upgrades, monitoring, logging, IAM, networking, security controls, SIEM tools, and production support. Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and security teams to improve reliability, scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and engineering velocity. Participate in incident response, on-call rotations, penetration-test remediation, and technical documentation.
