Responds to production incidents across AWS and Kubernetes, diagnosing and remediating infrastructure, networking, database, cache, and deployment issues. Builds monitoring, observability, synthetic and load tests, SLOs, and reliability improvements. Maintains Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IAM, autoscaling, and security configurations; leads postmortems and incident follow-up. Participates in on-call operations and collaborates with engineering teams to improve application performance and reliability.

Own end-to-end testing strategy and implement automated Playwright test suites in TypeScript. Test web platforms and AI-driven conversational products, define quality metrics for non-deterministic outputs, integrate tests into CI/CD, run exploratory/manual testing, triage defects, and partner with engineering and product from design through release.

Lead design and delivery of cloud-native .NET APIs on Azure, drive architecture (Clean Architecture, CQRS, DDD), operate Kubernetes-deployed services, optimize SQL Server/EF Core performance, adopt AI development tools, mentor engineers, perform security-focused code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.
