Own organic and AI search growth from analysis through execution. Responsibilities include technical SEO audits, competitor and backlink analysis, on-page optimization, site structure improvements, AI-powered workflow automation, monitoring rankings and traffic, and reporting measurable impact. The role partners with product, engineering, and marketing teams and requires hands-on implementation or delegation of SEO initiatives. Candidates must work from the Montreal office approximately two days per week.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, KPIs, and lifecycle outcomes for a software product area. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and data teams; conduct market and customer research; make data-driven prioritization decisions; communicate with senior stakeholders; write product documentation; and mentor product managers. The role requires strong software product management experience, technical fluency, analytics capability, and measurable product launch results.

Own sales cycles for assigned products and services across Quebec, handling inbound leads, prospecting for new clients, conducting technical demonstrations, and growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling. Build client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, manage pipeline activity, and report sales progress using HubSpot CRM. The role requires fluency in English and French and is hybrid in Canada, with preference for Toronto or Montreal availability.

Responds to production incidents across AWS and Kubernetes, diagnosing and remediating infrastructure, networking, database, cache, and deployment issues. Builds monitoring, observability, synthetic and load tests, SLOs, and reliability improvements. Maintains Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IAM, autoscaling, and security configurations; leads postmortems and incident follow-up. Participates in on-call operations and collaborates with engineering teams to improve application performance and reliability.

Own end-to-end testing strategy and implement automated Playwright test suites in TypeScript. Test web platforms and AI-driven conversational products, define quality metrics for non-deterministic outputs, integrate tests into CI/CD, run exploratory/manual testing, triage defects, and partner with engineering and product from design through release.
