Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap; conduct market and user research; collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams; prioritize features; create specifications; monitor KPIs; drive data-informed decisions and post-launch optimization; mentor teammates and champion user-centered product development.

Design, build, and optimize server-side logic and scalable RESTful APIs. Maintain databases, write unit/integration tests, refactor legacy .NET 4.8 code, implement data security, and collaborate with product, front-end, and QA teams to deliver reliable solutions.
