Translate logistics challenges into buildable scope, establish success metrics, and coordinate go-to-market with marketing, sales, support, and content teams.

Deliver tailored German- and English-language training to B2B SaaS customers in the AV, production, and event rental industries. Build video trainings and webinars, represent Rentman at German-speaking events, maintain expert product and industry knowledge, and manage scheduling, invoicing, and service processes. The role focuses on customer adoption, satisfaction, professional services revenue, and scalable service improvements in a hybrid Utrecht-based environment.

Manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers, building relationships, guiding onboarding and adoption, monitoring customer health, and identifying expansion opportunities. Lead customer consultations, translate product capabilities into business outcomes, share market feedback with Product, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support to deliver a cohesive customer experience. The role requires fluent Dutch and English and focuses on event and media production customers.

Build frontend onboarding, implementation, migration, and guided workflow experiences for a B2B SaaS platform. Modernize and maintain a large Angular-based SPA and design system, improve usability, validate releases safely, and reduce barriers to customer activation. The role requires autonomy, architectural decision-making, software development skills, and experience leading production AWS migrations and product-scale CI/CD systems.
