Teams at Rentman

Deliver tailored German- and English-language training to B2B SaaS customers in the AV, production, and event rental industries. Build video trainings and webinars, represent Rentman at German-speaking events, maintain expert product and industry knowledge, and manage scheduling, invoicing, and service processes. The role focuses on customer adoption, satisfaction, professional services revenue, and scalable service improvements in a hybrid Utrecht-based environment.

Deliver paid customer training and onboarding for Rentman’s B2B SaaS platform while serving as the North American AV industry expert. Advise customers on workflows, improve product adoption and satisfaction, support presales, inform roadmap decisions, expand professional services, and maintain efficient scheduling, booking, invoicing, and training administration. The role requires strong knowledge of North American AV, event production, or equipment rental operations and excellent customer-facing communication.

Manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers, building relationships, guiding onboarding and adoption, monitoring customer health, and identifying expansion opportunities. Lead customer consultations, translate product capabilities into business outcomes, share market feedback with Product, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support to deliver a cohesive customer experience. The role requires fluent Dutch and English and focuses on event and media production customers.
