Teams at Rentman

Provide first-line technical and customer support to Dutch- and English-speaking Rentman users through Zendesk, Aircall, and other channels. Troubleshoot issues, explain solutions, escalate complex cases, maintain product expertise, share workarounds, update the knowledge base, and relay customer feedback to Product and other teams. The role also supports process improvements and onboarding new employees to the Support team.

Own Rentman’s Transport product area end to end, from customer discovery and defining the first sellable increment through delivery, launch, and post-launch measurement. Lead roadmap prioritization for complex equipment transport workflows including multi-stop routing, load sequencing, vehicle and crew capacity, and time windows. Translate logistics challenges into buildable scope, establish success metrics, and coordinate go-to-market with marketing, sales, support, and content teams.

Deliver tailored German- and English-language training to B2B SaaS customers in the AV, production, and event rental industries. Build video trainings and webinars, represent Rentman at German-speaking events, maintain expert product and industry knowledge, and manage scheduling, invoicing, and service processes. The role focuses on customer adoption, satisfaction, professional services revenue, and scalable service improvements in a hybrid Utrecht-based environment.
