Own end-to-end onboarding for complex SaaS/proptech accounts: define scope and schedules, manage multi-workstream implementations (smart home, access control), coordinate vendors and internal teams, mitigate risks, configure integrations, train clients, resolve escalations, and hand off to post-implementation teams while tracking progress in CRM and documentation tools.

Own and improve end-to-end RMA and returns processes, analyze return trends, maintain data integrity, automate reporting and dashboards, partner cross-functionally to enforce policy, develop SOPs and client education, present findings, and operate in a warehouse environment.

Designs, executes, and maintains test plans for smart home devices and software. Performs IQC inspections, debugs hardware/software across wireless protocols, develops Python/Robot Framework automation, collaborates with development and manufacturing, manages defect lifecycle, and supports certification testing to ensure product reliability and reduced manual testing effort.

Support ongoing reporting and analytics, maintain and build financial models, assist annual budgeting and monthly forecasts, reconcile data from systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Paylocity), provide variance analysis and decision-support commentary, and identify process automation opportunities.

Lead administration, governance, and optimization of business-critical systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira Service Management, Google Workspace, eSignature, call platforms). Manage integrations and iPaaS, vendor/licensing and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001), supervise a small systems/help-desk team, drive process improvements, roadmap and upgrade coordination, and ensure AI governance alignment for new tools and automations.
