Build executive relationships, identify and close revenue opportunities, provide actionable insights, coordinate cross-functional solutions, resolve escalations, and maintain accurate CRM records. Success is measured by account growth, retention, pilot conversion, and quarterly objective achievement.

Manage U.S. employee IT operations, including deskside support, onboarding, access, endpoints, office technology, and Halo ITSM. Oversee Salesforce and NetSuite administrators, evaluate system requests, prioritize enhancements, and improve CRM-ERP data flows. Manage vendors, contracts, licensing, AI governance, and compliance support for SOC 2 and ISO standards. Serve as an escalation point for AI-assisted support while improving automation, runbooks, and business technology processes.
