Own end-to-end onboarding for complex SaaS/proptech accounts: define scope and schedules, manage multi-workstream implementations (smart home, access control), coordinate vendors and internal teams, mitigate risks, configure integrations, train clients, resolve escalations, and hand off to post-implementation teams while tracking progress in CRM and documentation tools.

Own and improve end-to-end RMA and returns processes, analyze return trends, maintain data integrity, automate reporting and dashboards, partner cross-functionally to enforce policy, develop SOPs and client education, present findings, and operate in a warehouse environment.

Designs, executes, and maintains test plans for smart home devices and software. Performs IQC inspections, debugs hardware/software across wireless protocols, develops Python/Robot Framework automation, collaborates with development and manufacturing, manages defect lifecycle, and supports certification testing to ensure product reliability and reduced manual testing effort.
