Supervise and coordinate load-in, production, and load-out of concerts and events at the Reno Events Center. Oversee stage setup, rigging, lighting, audio-visual, forklift operations, staffing, scheduling, safety compliance, and client/vendor communication. May act as Event Manager and assist with training, staffing projections, and event evaluations.

Manage operation, maintenance, and reliability of AV, lighting, staging, power, and IT systems across three venues; oversee event technical planning, setup/strike, safety, and a team of AV technicians, stagehands, and riggers; serve as primary onsite technical contact and represent the venue as Event Manager for select shows.

Coordinate project planning, logistics, and execution across departments. Schedule meetings, document action items, track progress and expenditures, maintain project records, assist with RFP/RFQ and contract tracking, support project managers, and liaise with suppliers, venues, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with public records and retention policies.
