Manage operation, maintenance, and reliability of AV, lighting, staging, power, and IT systems across three venues. Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate AV technicians, stagehands, and riggers; oversee event technical planning, setup/strike, safety, client technical advance, and back-of-house operations.

Manage licensing, collection, auditing, and reporting of transient lodging (room) taxes. Supervise room tax staff, perform audits, prepare reports and recommendations, maintain statistical data, ensure compliance with regulations, coordinate with county enforcement, assist with budget preparation, and communicate with taxpayers and stakeholders.

Coordinate project planning, logistics, and execution across departments. Schedule meetings, document action items, track progress and expenditures, maintain project records, assist with RFP/RFQ and contract tracking, support project managers, and liaise with suppliers, venues, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with public records and retention policies.
