Greets and welcomes customers, residents, families, and visitors; provides directions and information; manages incoming calls; and supports staff and residents with general clerical and administrative tasks. The role requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, familiarity with administrative procedures, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of the nursing department in a residential care facility. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high-quality resident care. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, supervising nursing services, and supporting staff and operational standards under the direction of facility leadership.

Manages kitchen personnel and coordinates with the Administrator, nursing staff, and Dietitian to ensure residents receive nourishing meals. The role requires meeting at least one dietary qualification, such as Registered Dietitian Nutritionist status, CDM certification, or an approved associate degree in dietetic technology. ServSafe certification is also required or must be obtained.
