Develops and maintains nursing staff schedules and staffing patterns. Coordinates with HR and recruiting on staffing needs, employee changes, and absences. Maintains payroll scheduling records, attendance, leave, vacation, and absence documentation. Assists employees with timecards and leave paperwork, secures coverage for absences, addresses scheduling complaints, and backs up the Staff Coordinator.
