Complete resident service requests (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall), respond to emergencies within 30 minutes, perform daily grounds inspections, turn vacant units and make-readies, complete maintenance and preventative tasks in Entrata, maintain tools and common areas, service pool if applicable, coordinate projects, and provide on-call coverage nights and weekends.
