Respond to resident service requests and emergencies; perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repairs; complete turn-overs and make-readies; perform daily property inspections, preventative maintenance, and recordkeeping in Entrata; maintain tools, common areas, and pool systems; coordinate projects and follow safety protocols. On-call nights/weekends and regular travel to properties required.
