Perform in-home presentations to pre-qualified homeowners, present product samples and solutions, use company sales methodology and tools to close replacement contracts, manage up to 12 leads weekly, meet scheduled appointment times, and handle light lifting for product samples.

Manage full-cycle recruiting tasks: source candidates, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, assist onboarding and I-9 verification, maintain HRIS/SharePoint records, support HR clerical tasks, attend job fairs and assist special HR projects.

Support and maintain company IT systems, devices, and applications. Administer Microsoft 365 and CRM user accounts and permissions, resolve help desk tickets, onboard/offboard users, track IT assets, ensure data security, and provide end-user troubleshooting and training.
