Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods, explain window and door products, overcome objections, qualify homeowner interest, and schedule in-home consultations for sales representatives. Representatives report daily to the Appleton office, participate in team meetings, meet performance goals, and work outdoors while walking neighborhoods. The role includes paid training, coaching, company transportation, and performance-based earning potential.

Generate residential leads through door-to-door canvassing and community outreach. Engage homeowners, present window and door products, overcome objections, qualify interest, and schedule in-home consultations for sales representatives. Report daily to the Waukesha office, participate in team meetings, represent the brand professionally, and meet individual and team performance goals while working outdoors and traveling to assigned neighborhoods.

Coordinates marketing exhibits, in-person activations, displays, signage, and home show setups. Manages display inventory, inspection, upkeep, transportation, vehicle maintenance, and event logistics. Builds retail and mobile displays aligned with brand guidelines, collaborates with Events and Retail teams, and independently supports evolving marketing needs. Requires weekend flexibility, onsite availability, travel, extended standing or computer use, and ability to lift 60 pounds.
