Lead and scale B2C Product Operations covering Help Center, Customer Support, and Marketing Ops. Build teams, systems, SLAs, staffing models, tooling integrations, KPIs, and processes to support 10M+ users. Drive marketing automation, CRM reliability, help center taxonomy, deflection strategies, analytics, and cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to improve retention, growth, and operational stability.

The Contract Product Designer will create engaging product experiences and email campaigns, collaborating with product management and engineering, while ensuring high-quality design execution.

Provide high-trust administrative and operational support to multiple C-suite leaders, manage complex calendars, travel, meeting logistics, and stakeholder communications. Lead day-to-day San Francisco/Bay Area office operations, vendor coordination, supplies and onsite event planning. Maintain confidentiality, support internal communications (Slack, Notion), prepare expense reports, and coordinate executive-facing materials, offsites, and follow-up on action items to ensure smooth leadership and organizational operations.

Lead AI-assisted developer experience across TypeScript/Node and Python codebases. Evaluate and govern AI dev tools, optimize developer workflows (builds, linting, tests), own devcontainer strategy, improve test infra, maintain shared libraries and CI/CD, and drive developer onboarding, observability, and platform adoption.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across the VPP platform and consumer energy products. Build planning frameworks, manage dependencies and risks, drive roadmap sequencing and launch readiness, and ensure operational handoff. Act as a technical and operational partner to Engineering and Product while communicating clear tradeoffs and executive-level recommendations.
