Own day-to-day security and compliance operations, including SOC 2 audit readiness, evidence collection, remediation, control monitoring, and audit documentation. Lead SOX and ISO 27001 gap assessments and uplift initiatives, manage cross-functional workstreams, maintain control inventories and audit calendars, and improve compliance processes through automation. Partner with Engineering, IT, Finance, Legal, auditors, and control owners to strengthen the company’s compliance operating model.

Staff Data Engineer responsible for defining data architecture strategy, building fault-tolerant batch and real-time streaming infrastructure, and managing scalable lakehouse and database systems. The role processes telemetry from millions of connected devices, drives performance tuning and data quality, supports on-call operations, evaluates modern technologies, and mentors engineers. It requires strong expertise in Python, SQL, cloud data platforms, streaming systems, infrastructure as code, and enterprise-scale architecture.

Build and support consumer-facing full-stack features for an energy-saving platform. Responsibilities include developing TypeScript/React frontend and Python backend functionality, owning critical product flows, collaborating with product and analytics teams, working with cloud and database technologies, implementing UI and API monitoring, and participating in code reviews and agile development processes.
