Serve as a strategic talent advisor owning full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-priority roles across multiple functions. Partner with hiring leaders to design hiring strategies, source and assess candidates, manage interviews and offers, use ATS/CRM/analytics (Greenhouse preferred) and AI-enabled tools, mentor recruiters, lead TA projects, and improve processes while ensuring compliance and an excellent candidate experience.

Lead AI-enabled talent strategy for GTM: workforce planning, people analytics, leadership development, succession management, organization design, change leadership, and coaching senior leaders. Partner with COEs, HRBPs, and People Operations to deploy data-driven HR programs, build leadership bench strength, forecast labor needs, and align performance and rewards to business outcomes.

Perform data extraction from SQL/NoSQL systems, validate and transform data, and run statistical and psychometric analyses (IRT, reliability, norming). Validate assessment logic, define quality metrics, design research and simulation studies, and present findings via reports and dashboards. Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain current psychometric and data engineering practices.
