Design and own API contracts across multiple products, build search and discovery capabilities for large content libraries, and maintain continuous delivery pipelines for code, infrastructure, configuration, and data. The engineer will shape engineering standards around security and governance, make technology decisions, collaborate with distributed teams, and mentor other engineers.

Manage and grow a strategic account portfolio through new business, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling. Build customer relationships, lead consultative solution selling, close opportunities, and exceed revenue goals. Serve as the primary customer contact while collaborating with Customer Success and Account Executive teams. Requires strong knowledge of K-12 education customers, sales technology, CRM systems, and effective communication and presentation skills.

Manage district and school customer portfolios through onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewal, and expansion. Build strategic relationships, identify and escalate risks, support upselling and cross-selling with Sales, resolve product and order issues, and lead complex customer success initiatives. Gather customer feedback for Product, mentor internal teams, provide product expertise, and drive successful implementations and learning outcomes across a multi-state territory.
