Own global entity setup, maintenance, governance, statutory compliance, licensing, renewals, and restructuring. Lead cross-functional legal, finance, and operations teams through entity launches, keep senior stakeholders aligned, manage corporate records and resolutions, and ensure entities remain in good standing.
