Manage end-to-end multi-country EOR payroll operations, coordinate onboarding payroll readiness, resolve payroll discrepancies, support pre-sales and invoicing, liaise with payroll partners and internal teams, and drive process and product improvements to scale payroll operations.

Own and run day-to-day HR operations for RemotePass’s internal global team. Maintain HR processes, policies, documentation, and systems; manage onboarding, offboarding, time-off, and performance review cycles; handle HR queries; ensure local compliance; track HR metrics and collaborate with leadership, Finance, and Payroll.

Own customer relationships across the full lifecycle for US accounts: onboard customers, drive adoption, monitor account health, collect feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, and identify upsell and retention opportunities to maximize value from RemotePass.
