Serve as strategic advisor and primary contact for customers, guiding onboarding, driving adoption, monitoring account health, collecting feedback, and identifying upsell opportunities to increase satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Lead end-to-end HR lifecycle for employees under the EOR model, managing onboarding, daily HR and offboarding. Supervise and scale an HR/onboarding team, manage SLAs and OKRs, document EOR processes, collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Payroll), ensure compliance with international employment law, and continually improve the remote employee experience.

The Employee Experience Specialist will manage employee support, onboarding workflows, compliance, and operational tasks within the HR department across the Americas region.
