The Employee Experience Specialist will manage HR operations across APAC, focusing on onboarding, employee support, and compliance while enhancing the employee experience.

Supports employee onboarding, lifecycle management, mobility coordination, HR support tickets, documentation, and compliance operations across EMEA. Acts as a first point of contact for employee queries, escalates complex issues, maintains records in HRIS and collaboration tools, identifies process improvements, and collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
